I know nothing of fishing. My quest is to find this device that has no name, just a description.
This device, I am told, attaches to the side of the boat, and somehow the fish crowd around it. Maybe many hooks are involved, or maybe not, Maybe it periodically releases food pellets into the water. I just need the name so I can find where they are sold.
