I haven't and I've been around both all my life. Never in my 25+ years of fishing have I ever seen a black person fishing from a boat of any type . EVER . Do they not like fishing? Or boating?
I am not talking about an exclusive country club deal either, i mean a regular skiff...or bass boat...or shi boat...or whatever .
My Point is....doesnt it seem a little odd...????????
