It seems charter (fishing, party, ..) boats would be on a schedule and we wouldn't want to be on the boat all day. Also, we would like to do this somewhat economically as the deceased individual's illness has taken a tremendous financial toll.
The Atlantic City locale was a wish of the deceased and his wife.
