I want to buy a small/ish (4-6m) powered fishing boat….?

and I dont want to have to spend more money just to get the thing in the water.

What are ALL the main add-ons that a boat contain before I purchase it?

Such as:

1. Safety gear
2. Fuel tank
3. Lighting...etc
