My fiancee is turning 21….what should i do for his birthday? we live in Atlanta?

Ok so my fiancee turns 21 two days after i turn 22 our birthadays are in may so hopefully it will warm up a little..... i want to do something special for him and have about 8- 10 people come...... i am just looking for unique ideas....we do the club thing every weekend so i dont want to do that. I looked into renting a pontoon boat but its 300$ for 2 hours....... o yea and after car and mortgage payments were broke.....so i dont have alot of money to play with...........thank you!!
