small fishing boat question (jon boat?)?

Im looking for some information how where to buy and how much a small fishing boat will cost. Im looking for something that fits up to four people, thats easy to carry (like on the top of the car) and that can have a small trolling motor. Im looking just to bring the boat to lakes and ponds in the area and go fish for the day, nothing speedy or huge. Just something I can carry and put in the water. most lakes in my area do not even allow gas motors. Help! I feel like ive looked everywhere and am having no luck, since i dont know what to look for!
