Want to buy a combo fishing/ski boat. Any advice?

I live in Minnesota, so there is a limited amount of boating time available. I'd like a boat that I can take out on Sunday morning and do some fishing with. But then can pull the kids and grand kids on skis and tubes in the afternoon. And of course, spend as little as possible. Any suggestions?
