Which anchor is best for my 14 ft V-hull Fishing boat?

I need an anchor, the creek I will be on most has a rocky or silty bottom. Any suggestions? Will a mushroom anchor work? If so, how many #'s? If not, which other style- river, fluke, slip ring, navy or grappling, and what size- Prefer to get the smallest effective anchor possible, of course. Thanks!!
